Buying or selling a home can be a nightmare.  Searching the hundreds of listings for the perfect home, filing the paperwork in the right order, to the right place, at the right time.  Ensuring the whole process is done legally and ethically.  Getting you the best deal for your new home, or getting you the most money for the home you're selling.  Negotiations. Down payments.  Open Houses.

It's alot to maneuver through, but it doesn't have to be scary or cause you sleepless nights.  If you have the right agent the process should be smooth, low-stress and even pleasant.  I got into real estate because I experienced the nightmare selling my first home.  The agent was non-communicative, didn't care, and just plain stunk.  But I also experienced the other side when I bought a new home.  That agent was amazing, on top of the process, knowledgeable and communicated efficiently.  From that experience I learned what it took to make the experience more pleasant, and I wanted to become the "let me take care of everything" agent.
